Reference: Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, HR 4173, Section 1502, reporting requirements for conflict minerals (“Conflict Minerals Act”).

To All Buyers of Reaxis Tin Chemicals:

Reaxis certifies that all our tin containing products are entirely manufactured from raw material that is classified as DRC Conflict Free as defined by HR 4173, Section 1502, 1D (page 839).

Reaxis has identified and verified its sources. We welcome audits by independent, licensed auditors.

Reaxis supports all initiatives to assure conflict free supply chain sourcing, especially illegally mined tin from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its adjoining countries.

We are very proud of the work our employees at Reaxis Inc. have put in to achieve these certifications. The McDonald site has been ISO 9001 certified since 1997, while UPARC has just achieved their first certification in 2018.
